Data security is a cornerstone of Scrap2. All customer data is encrypted utilizing cutting-edge block cipher technology, ensuring that information remains confidential and accessible only to the user and authorized team members.

New users can enjoy a complimentary three-month trial when setting up a Scrap2 account. Additionally, existing account holders can add more users at no extra charge.

Upon creating a new account, an auto-renewing in-app subscription is required with two available options:

• Business Subscription:
  • Three-month free trial
  • Post-trial cost: $9.99/month
  • Unlimited users, up to 500GB of cloud storage
• Personal Subscription:
  • Three-month free trial
  • Post-trial cost: $4.99/month
  • Designed for Friends and Family, with up to 100GB of cloud storage

Users also have the option to upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription for a 15% savings after the free trial. This can be managed within the Subscription Account Settings in the App Store.

Subscriptions are billed via the user's iTunes account and will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period concludes. Charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of each billing cycle.

Please note that cancellations cannot be processed during an active subscription period. Users can manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their Account Settings post-purchase.
